Jess is a Provisional Psychologist currently pursuing her Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Bond University. She brings experience in a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, ERP, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing.
Jess is skilled in administering a variety of cognitive and psychological assessments and has worked effectively with diverse client presentations. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, and collaboration, integrating evidence-based techniques.
In her spare time, Jess enjoys being at the beach with her pup, Vince, and spending time with family and friends.
