Amy is a Provisional Psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), and a Masters of Professional Psychology from La Trobe University.

Passionate about inclusivity, Amy brings years of experience in the mental health sector with an expertise in gender-diversity, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, Bipolar Disorder, and specific phobias. Additionally, Amy is well versed in autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and full neurocognitive diagnostic assessments.

Amy's therapeutic approach is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and client-centred; drawing on evidence-based modalities. Her practice is grounded in advocacy, collaboration, and empowering individuals through strengths-based support and unconditional positive regard - ensuring her client's feel accepted as they are, while being supported and celebrated to live in ways that are authentic and self-defined.

Amy is a loving dog-mum, an "extroverted introvert", and a drag show enthusiast.
