Amy is a Provisional Psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), who is currently completing her Masters of Professional Psychology at La Trobe University.
Passionate about inclusivity, Amy brings years of experience in the mental health sector with an expertise in gender-diversity, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, Bipolar Disorder, and specific phobias. Additionally, Amy is well versed in ASD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and full neurocognitive diagnostic assessments.
Amy's therapeutic approach is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and client-centred; drawing on evidence-based modalities. Her practice is grounded in advocacy, collaboration, and empowering individuals through strengths-based support and unconditional positive regard - ensuring her client's feel accepted as they are, while being supported and celebrated to live in ways that are authentic and self-defined.
Amy is a loving dog-mum, an "extroverted introvert", and a drag show enthusiast.
